by any standards.

Thanks to Ralph and Tamara of Ralph's Back Porch Radio Show for
inviting me to be a guest the other night and congrats to them on
their recent WMA award.  I always enjoy talking to the many D.J.'s
around the country who support "cowboy" music.

The next couple of years I'm going to focus on the "bucket list" which means
I'm cutting back on appearances.  Deb and I want to do away with the "bucket list" items while we're young enough to enjoy doing them.  We've got
three grandsons now and want to spend as much time with them as possible plus
travel to places we've not been or have been but didn't have time to enjoy
the area.

I'll still be touring with "The Cowboy Ain't Dead Yet!" on a limited basis and hope to
do a few more of the cowboy/poet gathering as a solo artist but still doing fewer dates.
The big black horse (that stuck my head in the dirt last September) and I are
going to be spending a lot of time together the next couple of months.  I'm
not completely our last little episode back in September but I'm coming along. 

Upcoming shows in Texas, South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana
and Oregon.  We'll post them on the schedule once there are confirmed.
